We may collect contact details, business details, recruitment requirements, employment history, qualifications, availability, application material, correspondence and technical information needed to operate and secure the site. Public forms must not be used for TFNs, bank or superannuation details.

Information is used to respond to enquiries, deliver recruitment and people services, assess candidates, manage applications, maintain business records, improve operations, meet legal obligations and protect the security of Halden systems.

Halden uses access controls and reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information held. No internet service is completely risk-free, so information should only be submitted through the intended secure forms.

Access and Correction

You may ask to access or correct personal information held about you by contacting Daniel Norris, Privacy Officer, at enquiries@haldenworkforce.com.au or 1300 239 203. Halden may need to verify your identity and may decline a request where permitted or required by law.

Overseas Disclosure

Halden uses cloud service providers that may store or process personal information outside Australia, including in the United States. Halden takes reasonable steps to assess providers and protect information consistently with applicable Australian privacy obligations.
